Olivia

Olivia is twenty-six and has dark brown hair. She lives in Oud-Zuid, south of the museums. She speaks English and no other language, so she has learned to make her English easy. She speaks slowly and does not use long sentences. If you do not understand, say again, and she repeats it with other words. She likes a quiet room and a soft light. Her sessions are unhurried, and she is at ease with a guest who says very little.

Olivia decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
