Beatrice

Beatrice is twenty-six, with dark hair, and she lives in Oud-Zuid, near the big museums and the park. She speaks Italian and English. Her English is calm and not fast, and she stops to check that a word has landed. Ask her to say something again and she will, with no sign of impatience. She likes to settle the plan at the door in three or four sentences and then keep the talk to a minimum. A guest who is tired after a long flight is exactly the kind of guest she reads well.

Beatrice decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
