Her limits: what she includes, said at the start
Her limits are what the therapist includes in a session and what she does not. She says them before it starts, and they stay the same for the whole visit.
The therapist decides what her session includes. No page, no message and no price changes that. At the start of each visit, she tells you her limits, in her own words. She may use short words, and she may show with her hands.
If you do not understand
Ask her to say it again, more slowly. You can also answer each point with yes or no, so both of you know it was understood. A translation app on the table is fine for a word that neither of you knows.
They do not move
Her limits stay the same from the start of the visit to the end. They are not a first offer. If a limit she has named is pushed, the visit ends at that moment. The booked time is still paid for, and no extra sum is asked.
Your own limits
You have limits too, and you can say them. Stop, slower and softer are enough. Either of you can say stop at any time, and it is respected at once. The page on yes, slower and stop lists the words and signs that work with very little shared language.
